Join us on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 7PM at the Irish American Club in Olmsted Township, for a special evening marking the 1,700th anniversary of the Council of Nicaea. Bishop Robert will offer insights into the richness of Eastern Christian traditions.

With joy and gratitude, we announce that Bishop Robert Pipta has appointed Mr. Benjamin Auton as Eparchial Synod Leader, effective immediately.

We are pleased to announce that Fr. Andrew Nagrant has been appointed as the Safe Environment Coordinator for the Byzantine Catholic Eparchy of Parma, effective July 22, 2025.

Over 220 faithful gathered in Whiting, Indiana for the 2025 North American Byzantine Catholic Assembly, a vibrant celebration of worship, mission, and community—highlighted by a special message and Apostolic Blessing from Pope Leo XIV!

On July 10–11, 2025, Bishop Robert warmly welcomed Bishop Mathew Nellikunnel of the Catholic Diocese of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, to the Chancery of the Eparchy of Parma.

After this year’s Eparchial pilgrimage in Northeast Ohio, keep the spirit alive with a fun and faith-filled evening at Topgolf in Independence, Ohio on Monday, August 18, 6-9pm. This event will replace the previously announced golf outing, offering a fresh and exciting way to come together in support of our community.

Bishop Robert encourages all faithful to participate in this year’s Eparchial Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Mariapoch in Burton, Ohio from August 16-17, 2025. The Eparchy of Parma is blessed to have this tranquil site for residents and visitors of Northeast Ohio to spend time with our Lord in prayer. No registration is necessary!

Phillip Dinsmore, after faithfully serving for many years as a Subdeacon, was joyfully ordained to the diaconate by Bishop Robert at St. Nicholas Parish in Clinton Township, MI on July 5, 2025. He will continue ministering to the parish community in his new role—may God grant him many blessed years!
