During the Holy Supper on Christmas Eve, families gather for a joyful, fasting-free feast that ushers in the wonder of Christ’s birth. From that night onward, the Church bursts with the radiant greeting, “Christ is born! Glorify Him!”, marking a festive season free from fasting until January 4.
